are the stock tires any good in the snow

no just make sure your front tires have good tread you have a front wheel drive and they go good in snow,rember be safe you are driving in bad road conditions.

Front wheel drive or not I would still look into getting snow tires based on weather conditions. If it's just slush that you should be fine, but if it builds up at all you will either need chains or snow tires.
