Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1990 Dodge Ram van 5.9l. It stalls after idling for about 10/20 mins.
stalls while driving. Also after about 10/20mins. Takes 2-5mins of cranking it
over to restart.  It’ll drive rough for a minute then kinda clears up, sometimes
the check engine light comes on sometimes not. If I drive to work it makes it
without stalling but when I leave, it stalls. Starts up every morning first try.

Fuel pressure is normal, It’s not a vacuum leak, not the timing, changed fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, has a new pcm, distributor cap/coil is good, used to be a law enforcement surveillance van. Maybe some weird electrical? I’m having a really hard time troubleshooting this please help. :)
