how do you replace odometer cable on 92 dodge magnum

my odometer on my 1992 Dodge 150 magnum need to be replaced. not working. need instruction on how to go about replacing speedometer
cable.

Hi rpadgett, The speedometer cable on your 1992 Dodge Ram is a 2-wire electrical harness that transmits a signal from the transmission to the SBEC. Follow the wire harness from the transmission to a plug near the firewall. It could just be that the terminals in the plug (near the firewall) need cleaning. Good luck!
