My 1994 dodge 250 custom van want to stall when i give it gas & lost of power

Wants to stall when i give it gas & wben im driving
it. It loses power and bearly moves. What can be
tbe cause of this ?3

check if catalytic is clogged , have someone hit the gas and see if a healthy blast of exhaust comes out of the tailpipe , Check for vacuum leaks , what do the plugs look like ? . Rev it up and spray some carb. cleaner down the throttle
