2001Dodge Neon fuel pump make notice for 4 sec. then turn off....tried to start key and car won't turn on.....what should I do

Car doesn't turn on... I think it fuel pump...it cost $216 Auto zone...a fkn grip..lol just want
to make sure before I buy it. Fuel pump is out

if it does not turn then it is not the fuel pump the fuel pump is just to keep constant pressure in the rails. and if it stopped pumping it had sufficient pressure

so what you think I should do car starter works its still cranking,,,,battery still good,,,,no water or no liquids drip,,, you can tell car wants to turn on ......I really 7609097394 i am open for tips on trying to get car fixed .
