external fuel pump no power

1976 vega cosworth no power to fuel pump in front of rr wheel....what could the problem be?

try running a wire from battery (pos) to the pump, if still not working run a wire from neg to pump at same time, if still not working pump is bad

I tried the hot wire to fuel pump it runs. is there away to check bectween regulater and oil pressuer swtch .thank you

may be a fuse? use test light on. regulater and oil switch
