Does anyone have any advice on what to do next?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a brand new 5.7 for my 98 GMC k1500.
The truck cranks fine. When I take off it stumbles
like crazy especially when you first crank it. Doesn't
have any problem idling. I notice when I go to put
fuel in it, there is a ton of pressure coming from the
gas cap. I can never floor it and it responds; there
is always hesitation. I got a scan tool and the
codes that showed were P0102(mass or volume
air flow low circuit low input), P0113(IAT sensor
high input), P0140(oxygen sensor circuit no activity
bank 1 sensor 2), P0160( " " bank 2 sensor 2),
P0171(bank 1 system too lean), P0452(
evaporative emission system pressure sensor low
input)...I have replaced MAF sensor, fuel filter,
spider injector kit(fuel pressure regulator included),
fuel pump. I noticed my ltftrm1&2 were close to 20
when running)

I also replaced o2 sensors but went back to original ones due to the fact that when I ran the truck with the new o2 sensors the truck seemed to run extremely hot..not in coolant temperature, but the truck was hot to the touch

If it were mine, the first thing I would do is measure the fuel pressure with a gauge while driving the vehicle. Makes no difference if you have replaced fuel system components or not.
