95 gmc truck k1500 won't start

I changed battery, starter, positive cable, clean neg cable. still nothing. just clickes twice and then nothing

Did you clean the negative cable where it attaches to the the frame and motor?

yeah replaced the neg today and got new bolts for battery. connection on starter was green so cleaned that too. but still no change. Getting full power on battery just not clicking over.

make sure you really clean where the neg.cable bolts to the frame,that area has to be cleaned down to bare metal if possible.You can also cut back on the insulation on both cables to see if they also are full of green corrosion.If they are that is probably your problem.Just make sure you have good clean connections.GOOD LUCK!!!!
