2004 Dodge neon, stick shift! When you put car in
neutral it started to Rev up to around 3000 rpm, not
revs as high as 5000 rpm and cuts off when I try to
take off! Thoughts? Thanks in advance

Check air filter and clean throttle body with throttle body cleaner also clean or replace ( IAC ) Idle Air Control valve or Mass Air Flow sensor depending on which one your vehicle has.
