Ok..more info is definitely needed. #1 when is the car popping? Turning...braking....idling. #2 brakes barely work. Excessive pedal travel? Does the pedal go to the floor? #3 what lights aren't working? Headlights? Marker lights...etc Throw some specifics. When ,where, etc and if I don't get back to you...the next grease monkey will have better odds of helping you with the added info
