how to replace parking brakes on grand caravan 2006

I'll try to replace springs holdind liner I can't due the hub is in front

unhook the caliber, the hub will fall off

The parking brake cable is threaded though a flange that is not removable that prevents me from removing the caliper cable. Any ideas how I can remove it?
