how hard is it to find pinto parts?

I've never had a pinto before but I've found one I really like and would like to
buy. I have limited knowledge of cars, the only car I've ever owned was a 1990
VW cabriolet, and that is the only car I can even loosely call myself
knowledgeable about. I really like this car, but when I bought my cabriolet I ran
into some issues with finding parts and I don't want to get stuck again. please
help me out!
also, if you know of any common problems or parts that commonly go bad and
need replacing among pintos, don't hesitate to let me know! thanks so much

it will be hard to find any pinto parts,most of them have been junked and crushed.
