I removed all pollution and water line through carburetor.  I can't get it to idle under 1100RPM. I have no vacuum leaks. The only thing I have found is to get the dwell into specs  must reduce the points to .025  instead of .027. At that point the dwell is 35. That's the lower end of the setting. Is it more  important to have the points set at .027 or the dwell between 35 & 41? My vacuum is steady at 13 which is very low but I have good compression. Does that mean I must advance my timing? Any ideas would help.
