Bleed the air out of brake lines?

Could also be a defective master cylinder?

No brakes when I first started working on it. Adjusted back brakes, had oil or grease on 1 rear brake. Cleaned brake shoe, hub and drum. Put new master cylinder and booster on it. Added brake fluid and bled out

If still no brakes after bench bleeding master cylinder check for loose hub / wheel bearings if one or both are loose wil cause brake pedal to go to floor.
