i stopped quickly.. car stalled . now i have NO electrical power . only thing that works is the lights are saftey flashers

I was driving and had to stop quickly.  The car stalled and now has no electrical power
and the car doesn't turn over.  The only power appears to be the lights and the saftey
flashers.

Check to see if the battery moved around when stopping. Pay close attention to the battery cables.
