can't figure out which fuse is which

Your owners manual should have this info. If you don't have owners manual go to mopar.com. Scroll down the page, at bottom, where it says resources, click on owners manual. Then click vehicle and type year--make--model, click on the pdf file. That's your owners manual. Find fuses in index. It's there, I just looked at it. It's free to read online. Hope it has the info you need, good luck.
