2000 Honda civic ex fuse that stops power to engine

It's getting no power to the engine but my lights front and back are working and
chime when door is open keys are in ignition interior dome light works as well
and power locks but Windows do not?

I gad exact same problem with 94 Accord after doing an Engine Swap.Exactly the same. I changed my ignition fuse in the fuse box under the hood ( the 50A, might be 40A on civic) and it did the trick...Fired right up and ran perfect. Hope this helps you out
