removing power window from 2002 ford winstar that has the battery removed

went to recycling lot to remove a power window but it is up and they have removed the battery. there is no power going to the window so I can lower it to remove it

If the vehicle still has an intact electrical system, jumper or put a battery in it, turn on the key and power the window down if all you want is the window. If the car is trashed, jumper power to the regulator motor directly. If it doesn't come down, reverse the polarity. Or just smash the window out if all you want is the regulator. Side windows break pretty easy.
