car wont start

I have a 1999 cadillac deville i woke up this
morning ready to go to work got in the car an it
wouldn't start wen i turn the key it makes a click
sound but doesn't start i tryed to charge the
battery the battery is full the car still won't start

Check for bad connections first, clean, and if still no go, have the starter checked at a shop. May want to try tapping on the starter, to see if it will go.

Do you mean the battery is charged or just full of liquid? Still sounds like either a corroded connection or a weak battery to me.
