Engine shuts off

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my car shut down yesterday.
When I turn on my car the engin works and no
lights turn on. But as soon as I put my foot on the
break to put it in drive, it shuts off again.

Also the windows don’t go down and the
windshield wipers don’t turn on even if the engin is
on.

Has anyone had this happen??? Really strange.

I’m having the exact same problem with my 2002 Ford focus did you ever find an answer or fix your car?
