1979 Fiat Spider Distributor

I have a slight oil leak that comes up
through the distributor and eventually
drops a single drop on my exhaust.
Plus, how in the heck do you tighten
the distributor retaining bolt...no way
to get a wrench on it.. grrrrr

there is a gasket where the dist installs, a 17 mm combo or stuby will work. just 2 or 3 flats at a time
