how to removing front hub bearing nut!!

I'm trying to remove the front hub nut, i have tried a hammer and chisel and it wont move!!! can someone give me some ideas or can you tell me where I can get the special tool part number 6060435??

to change the bearing/hub assembly do you have to take off the entire spindle or is there a way to leave the spindle on and remove everything...im changing the rear passenger hub/bearing
