All you can do with noise over the computer is take suggestions like... eliminate accessories simply by removing drive belts. Listen during a quick run for exhaust related causes, Have a helper try and isolate the source of the noise...air intake noise ? valve cover and with oil cap removed noise, lower end noise, valve train noise ? cannot hear it from here, sorry.

Nice you find the noise funny. Afer a while the oil circulation holes in the head cylinder may have clogged. One may need to open the head cylindr and do a deep cleaning of component and its oil circulating channels. I did it to mine. It runs smooth now

You changed the coil pack and it started then that means the plugs were getting wet and they were not burning the new coil pack gave them enough electricty to spark now the engine runs but maybe one or two plugs are not firing hence the rough idle take out your plugs find the wet one that's not firing
