I have an 88 Dodge Ram d150 and my truck shakes
real violently at a stop light or stop sign and the
spark plugs are all firing and I just can't figure out
what's wrong any suggestions

Timing might be off, clutch might be slightly worn (and grabbing), engine or tranny mount might be bad.
