Rebuilding my 22r is it normal for the crankshaft not to turn
after bolting the main bearing caps. And what should i do
next, this is my first rebuild I'm inclined enough just green.  
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check the bearing clearance with plastigage? Sounds like the clearance is wrong.
