Driving in neutral? Do you mean running? No reverse, is due to worn lo reverse clutches, or fluid leak in the reverse circuit. You will have to remove the valve body to check and or the pan to check the boost valve. It's best for a transmission shop to diagnose and repair the issue, it's not something to DIY.
