uhh dude just about every car in the world has a speed limiter...
first of all its called a governor and second is not cutting back at 35 cuz of thats its just an integras top end i also own one and to get it to go faster the only answer would be to go down hill or add a turbo or V-tec but never together you will blow your engine. and the V-tec will only make it get to that speed a little faster
