I cant find any brake kits for a 85 GMC C1500, do these old truck come with
rear brakes?

Yes,and they are probably drum brakes so you may need to buy individual parts.

Check out Rockauto.com for your rear brake parts. There's no kits. You have to buy the parts individually. Hope that helps! Jim

Try PowerStop. I think they sell drum brake kits.
